Only 3 weeks to go to Senior Week so we are trying to tie up all the loose ends. Please get your entries in by this Friday 14th as our program goes to print Monday and I need to know which contests are on and which are not.
We are also looking for more Food Vendors for the Saturday Car Show and Expo & Craft Vendors for the Friday and Saturday Expo and Craft Fair, if you are interested please go online to our website www.seniorsampler.com and click on Senior Week, on the drop down tab you will see Vendor information and there you will find a Vendor Application.
I have also asked if anyone would like to donate an item they have made or a new item they don’t want that would be suitable for a silent auction but to date I have only received 2 items so if anyone has something they would like to donate please call us 673-7604 don’t forget your donation will help us raise more money for the New Veterans Nursing Home.
Our tickets for the Country Night and BBQ, the Gala Ball and Dinner , Car and Bike show and day or week passes to the day activities are all on sale at the Senior Sampler office and on our Website.
Tickets for our Benefit Concert and for our Talent Contest and show, both at the Cox Theater, can be purchased at the Cox Theater Box office.
Please make sure you pick up your copy of the Senior Sampler the week of October 28th, issue 43 as there will be a full Senior Week Program inserted in each copy and you will be able to see everything that is happening during Senior Week so you can chose what you would like to attend and get it booked, don’t forget if you get pre paid Day tickets for Mon-Thurs or a week pass you will get a free lunch on the days you attend. If you pay at the door you won’t because we won’t be prepared for you.
