Platinum Care Above The Rest

Issue 11.12

Platinum Care Assisted Living, where everyone’s family.  You heard it correctly we have changed our name to represent the type of personal care you and your loved one receives at Platinum Care, (formerly known for the past four years as Ted Warthen Assisted Living, which is different from the Ted Warthen Center Foundation for terminally ill).

Platinum Care is a Level II Assisted living which means we can have residents who are independent or need a little extra help, through to the end of life.  We are small and unique in that Everyone’s Family.  This includes our residents, their family members, our handpicked caring staff and ourselves.  Rick is a Registered Nurse who has been in the medical field since 1988 and Kris is the Administrator.  We, as owners and being in the medical field, focus on the quality of care – not the bottom dollar.  This gives extra assurance and confidence to the residents as well as their family.

Our residents have their own rooms with a private shower in each.  We have CNA’s on staff 24 hours a day, a cook who prepares dietician approved home cooked meals.  We offer a salad bar at lunch as well as snacks and activities throughout the day. Our staff members are handpicked because of their caring nature and confidence in caring for the elderly.  We all remember that our residents to have lived, laughed, and loved and will continue to do so at Platinum Care Assisted Living.

This year we will be celebrating our fifth year in this community as an assisted living, we would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our residents and their families, both past and present, for believing in us and for giving us the chance to extend our hearts to you and yours.  We cherish the times we have had and will continue to cherish each moment to come.

We encourage you to come and take a tour and meet with us to show you what we have to offer.  We are a resident advocate, whether they stay with us or not.  Please call Rick or Kris if you have any questions at Platinum Care for Assisted Living at 656-4855 or on our cells 313-4823 or 313-4825.
