Memories are the threads that join families from one generation to the next. The Memory and Alzheimer’s Care program at Spring Gardens gives residents and their families the support they need for living with memory loss. The care provided recognizes that resident desire continued dignity, a sense of belonging, and opportunities for gratifying interactions with others. It draws on their strengths, allows them to maintain existing abilities, and fills any gaps in life skills with appropriate levels of assistance. While the reality of memory loss is difficult, the Spring Gardens Memory and Alzheimer’s Care program is designed to help build on the best memories possible for the resident and their family.
We encourage each resident to participate in daily activities to enhance their joy, sense of accomplishment, and satisfaction, as well as to promote their physical, emotional, social, and spiritual well-being. Spring Gardens in uniquely suited to care for seniors with Alzheimer’s or other forms of dementia. In addition to its active senior and assisted living programs, Spring Gardens offers a specially designed and dedicated secure memory care area with its own common area.
Spring Gardens will also be a place for our community to house support groups and more. Together we will work for a stronger community by providing knowledge and the opportunity for growth. We are counting down the days for our state of the art community to open its doors. Spring Gardens is slated to open the first week in May 2012. We are available to give you a pre-opening tour Monday- Saturday. Our information office is located at 2654 East Red Cliffs Dr., Ste G. St. George, Utah 84790. We are now leasing and would love to be the place you call home.
