Help Is Just A Button Push Away With Rescue Alert

Issue 38.13

The other day I went to my bank and they said that I am not just a number to them . . . I am actually two numbers, a dash, three more numbers, another dash, and another number.

Do you ever feel like you’re just a number?

Well at Rescue Alert you are not a number, you are a person and within seconds of pressing your personal help button you will be talking to a friendly attendant in our response center who will call you by your name and ask you if you need some help.  We now have a response center right here in St. George.

We are here 24 hours a day 7 days a week, whenever you need us we are here.

And why are we here?  We are here for the “what ifs” in life that always seem to happen, usually when you don’t expect it.

What if I should fall in my home?  No problem help is just a button push away with Rescue Alert.  What if I should fall in the tub or shower?  No problem help is still just a button push away because our button is waterproof.  What if I should need help outside in my front or back yard?  No problem help is still just a button push away because our button will cover you around your property and beyond. What if someone is trying to break into my home?  No problem help is just a button push away, we can summon the police for you.  What if I smell smoke or my smoke detector beeps?  No problem help is just a button push away, we can summon the fire department for you.  What if I am alone, nervous and afraid? (even in the middle of the night)  No problem help is just a button push away, we are happy to speak with you and help calm your nerves or if needed send a family member or friend to be with you.  What if I don’t have a landline telephone service?  No problem we now offer a cellular service.

A study by the National Center for Health Services Research found that those elderly persons using personal emergency response systems: (1) required one day in a nursing home for every 13 needed by those not employing the system (2) experienced a much lower rate of emergencies-roughly one-half that of those not using the system and (3) felt much more comfortable living alone and more confident about continuing to live independently.

It has been estimated that 40% of all nursing home admissions could be avoided if proper services were available in the home and community.  I believe we need to put a high priority on the use of personal emergency response systems.

If you are considering a Personal Emergency Response System, you will find that many companies are not forthright with information about their products and services.

Some things to remember about us, we are right here in Southern Utah, sales and service office, and response center.  Isn’t it better to deal with someone locally?  We manufacture our own systems.  They are not purchased from some other company or country.  Certified Emergency Medical Dispatchers in our response center.  No long term contracts!  Very affordable!  Call today for a free consultation (435) 986-1735.
