Time To Take Control Of Your Life

So many people give up because they don’t love exercise or feel like they can’t exercise due to underlying medical problems.  However, anyone can lose weight if they take control of their diet.  The key to weight loss is diet!  So many suffer from chronic medical problems that can be mediated by practicing good dietary practices such as diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, stroke, heart failure, renal failure and obesity.

Every aspect of being well and feeling good comes back to eating right!  Every day I see people in my office who are complaining of fatigue.  If you feel this way, stop looking for a magic pill or solution and take control by doing the basic things first.  None of us would dump the wrong kind of fuel into our car yet many do just that every day.  How can you expect your most prized machine and possession (your body) to operate at its highest efficiency if you are dumping bad fuel into the gas tank?
