BeeHive Cottages represents a new innovation in Senior Retirement Living. Our one-of-a-kind Community contains “Independent Living” Cottages surrounding a large Community Center that provides the enjoyment of outstanding, nutritious meals prepared by our 3 Chefs, an abundance of entertainment, and the stimulation of social interaction. Also included in our Community are an exercise room, beauty salon & spa services, along with outdoor activities. Each of our residents receives an automatic membership to the Summit Athletic Club, and access to private sessions with a Physical Therapist on-site.
Each of our individual one & two bedroom Cottages contains a full kitchen with all appliances including a Refrigerator, Stove, and Dishwasher. There are also personal washer & dryers included along with a large screen TV & Entertainment Center. The entrances to the Cottages are private porches, and each has an attached garage & storage areas. Our residents particularly enjoy having their own central air conditioning system in their cottages – especially considering our St. George summers!
In addition, we have two Activities Coordinators that plan & facilitate a dynamic activities schedule throughout the week in our Community Center and all around the St. George area. Since all of our residents are Independent Seniors, BeeHive Cottages offers them the opportunity to be as active as they can and want to be. Each resident continues to live life to its fullest potential enjoying their favorite activities while discovering new ones. Also, our residents also do not have to worry about navigating through city traffic since all transportation is provided for them to any destination here in St. George.
Along with all of the above, our residents no longer have to worry about cleaning their cottages, dealing with the drudgery of changing the bed linens, or struggling to maintain a home. All housekeeping and maintenance inside & outside our Cottages is provided, even issues as simple as changing a light bulb. In addition, families have the peace of mind knowing that each Cottage has a twenty four hour emergency call system to an on-site response team. Our residents (and their families) also take tremendous comfort knowing that there is a live-in Administrator available anytime day or night. And they can be reassured that their beloved pets can join them here – we are a “pet friendly” Community with our own exclusive dog park.
