LOWERING BARRIERS TO INFORMATION:
Our first goal at Nilsson Hearing Center is to increase awareness and access to information pertaining to hearing loss, hearing solutions, and the detrimental impact that untreated hearing loss can have on the individual or family. We do this by providing absolutely FREE No-Obligation Consultations, Evaluations, Information, and Take-Home Trial Periods.
AVAILABILITY OF HEARING DEVICES:
As a truly independent practice, we have the ability to provide just about any hearing device that can be found on the market from almost any manufacturer in the world. Our independence allows us to get hearing aids from the same manufacturer as the “Big Box” stores and the “National Chains” at a BETTER VALUE than they offer. Of course, when individuals take the time to try multiple hearing devices, more often than not individuals choose a product from Oticon; the oldest hearing aid manufacturer in the world and a leading innovator in the industry.
AUDITORY COUNSELING:
Auditory Counseling is often referred to as the “Physical Therapy” of hearing improvement and is almost always overlooked by patients, Audiologists, and Hearing Instrument Specialists. Nilsson Hearing strongly recommends that every individual with hearing devices, or seeking improvement in understanding, take part in at least one of our two unique auditory counseling programs which are: Listening Enhancement and Brain Fitness Training. Although we “hear” in our ears; we “understand” in our brain. With our auditory counseling programs you can improve your listening and understanding skills by up to 40% within 20 sessions.
