What a wonderful time of the year, we just completed Thanksgiving and as we receive the Christmas Season. It truly is a time to reflect on the past year, spend time with family, friends, and loved ones. I have fond memories of my childhood and the joy Christmas Time brought to me and my brothers. I have tried to share many of those traditions with my children in hopes of creating their own memories and for them to share with my future grandchildren. This is why I think it is important to also address what, and how we would like to be remembered.
We talk about everything. We share the big events and small victories. But there’s one conversation you probably haven’t had: it’s time to have the talk about how you want to be remembered. It can make the difference of a lifetime.
Sharing stories with those who matter most isn’t just important today; it will be especially significant when it’s time to commemorate a life.
