Are you planning a visit to the St. George Social Security Office? The St. George Social Security office will be relocating effective Monday, 2/29/2016. The new address is 1091 N Bluff Street, Suite 1100, St. George UT 84770. The local phone number is still 1-866-446-7805.
Nationally, Social Security expanded its office hours effective 3/16/15. Offices are open for an additional hour on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 9am – 4pm. The office will be open on Wednesdays from 9am – 12pm. Some small offices will continue to have different hours. Specific office information is in the Contact Us<http://www.socialsecurity.gov/agency/contact/> section of the Social Security website.

Replacement Medicare cards are also available online. Many services are also available through our national toll-free number 1-800-772-1213 from 7am – 7pm, Monday through Friday.
