Below the Sign In button, click password. Enter the username you provided when you created your account, and type the word that is displayed. Click Continue. Choose how to recover your password, either by email, mobile phone text or by using the Membership Record Number and click Continue. An email or text message containing a link to reset your password is sent to the email address or mobile number you provided when you registered. In the email, click Reset Password. You will go to a screen where you can enter a new password. Enter your new password into both fields and click Save Password. LDS members can enter the Membership Record number and birth date and click continue to reset their password.
